Michelle Tantillo Leading with Values Endowment Fund

Michelle Tantillo, Epsilon Omicron–Illinois State University, has established this fund to support the lifelong learning of Tri Sigma members.

“Finding a home in our Sigma sisterhood has been one of my life's greatest fortunes, a bond built upon a bedrock of shared values that guide and unite us–Wisdom, Power, Faith, Hope, and Love. My commitment to supporting lifelong learning empowers Sigmas to continually grow, both as individuals and as a collective. It is this dedication to character and personal development that inspires my passionate support for the Tri Sigma Foundation.” Michelle said.

By investing in the Foundation, Michelle believes we can ensure that these invaluable leadership opportunities rooted in our values continue to enrich the lives of sisters for generations to come, strengthening the sorority that has given so much to so many. Once endowed, this fund will support values-based programs that cultivate leaders in all facets of personal and professional leadership development.
